Boss Mustang Racing (a Division of Modular Motorsports Inc) is a new high performance parts division specializing in the new 6.2 liter Ford Powerplant called the "BOSS" and previously the Hurricane V-8.  This new powerplant differs from the original modular design in that it uses a larger 4.53 inch bore spacing with a 4" Bore size paired with a 95mm Stroke Crankshaft. The initial versions are the SOHC type using 2 valves per cylinder (2.10" intake and 1.65" exhaust) with a DOHC version in the works to follow shortly after.
